We only work under the direction of licensed attorneys and do not prepare bankruptcy petitions for individual debtors from the general public. We take every precaution necessary to make 100% certain that we are never involved in unauthorized practice of law (UPL) in any form.

We work as any hired service provider to the attorneys we serve, so we are paid directly for our services just like any other business, and we never share fees.
